Strategic Plan Goal Area 1: Safe and Thriving 

Strategic Plan Outcome:O2.  Every student thrives socially and emotionally.
 
Strategic Plan Measure: % of students reporting there is at least one adult who really cares about them. 

School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):90% of students will report that there is at least one adult who really cares about them at Cooper Mountain based on the end of the year district students survey that is taken by 4th and 5th graders. 

Strategic Plan Strategy: Create school- wide structures that intentionally  build safe and inclusive learning environments. 

Strategic Plan Goal Area 2: Progress on Standards

Strategic Plan Outcome: All students demonstrate progress toward, and achievement, of the standards. 

Strategic Plan Measure: % of students in grades 4-8 who got closer to proficiency on OSAS ELA. 

School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely):
Strategic Plan Strategy: 70% of students in grades 4-5 will demonstrate that they have gotten closer to proficiency on the 2023-2024 OSAS ELA assessment than they earned on the 2022-2023 OSAS ELA assessment.
